4.2 Withdrawal Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (20 times the bonus amount). Withdrawal is not possible before the bonus and wagering requirement are completed. Not all games may contribute equally toward wagering — contact support for specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

f99bet reserves the right to close an account and forfeit bonuses if bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any attempt to gain bonus benefits through fraudulent means is detected.

5.4 Other Promotions

f99bet may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. f99bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

f99bet has three VIP tiers. Members can be promoted to higher tiers based on their active gaming activity:

• Bronze — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 1.5% cashback per week

The benefits of each VIP tier, the method of calculating cashback, and the conditions for tier changes are determined by f99bet and are subject to change. Cashback is generally credited to the account every Monday. VIP status applies only to individual accounts and is non-transferable.

7.1 Bet Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The outcome of a bet depends entirely on the result of the game or sports event. f99bet's decisions on game outcomes are final.

7.2 Technical Errors

If irregularities in game results occur due to server outages, network issues, or software errors, f99bet reserves the right to review and void the affected bets. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.
